Optional Enhancement Listing Fees

Sellers can increase visibility of their items using optional enhancement listings fees

Optional Enhancement Listing Fees will be applicable when the item is listed regardless if the item closes successfully or otherwise. Optional Enhancement Listing Fees will be credited if your item closes successfully and not a successful “no sale “request has been granted

Final Value Fees

Only successful auctions are subject to a final value fee. Fees are calculated based on the winning bid price. An item is considered successfully sold when an item receives at least one bid/order before the auction ends Final Value Fees are  refundable  in the event of sale not completing.

**listings for a specific user on MOA Motors is free for the first 3 listings within the categories mentioned above in a 12 months period and any listing following the 3 listing within the period of 12 months will be subject to the listing fee of USD 30

The fees for items that are in: Car & Motorcycle Accessories, Parts, Number Plates, Accessories, Bicycles, Bicycle categories

FAQs

When would i get my statement ?

Sellers will get their statements at the end of the month.

What happens if I do not make a payment ?  

Your account will be suspended and a possible legal action could be taken. 

What happens if the transaction is not completed successfully? 

MOA.com considers all orders as successful until the seller files a Sale Not Completed warning. In other words if for some reason the buyer is not completing the sale, the seller needs lodge a "sale not complete" complain against the buyer at uae@MOA.com. MOA.com will investigate the case and if approved the seller will then get a Transaction Fee credit.
